I cannot recommend this company enough. Tim and Andy are fantastic. I had quite a bit of contact with Tim and he was quick to reply to emails and even picked up the phone to call me without prompting. He was extremely informative and helpful throughout the whole process. I am looking forward to working with them again in the new year when I purchase my new front door.

We needed to replace our original wood single pain Sash windows as were having constant issues with cold and humidity in our house. We gathered several quotes and not only were Swain Bros the most competitive, but they were the only ones that said we could keep our shutters. Arrived on the day on time, replaced a total of 7 large windows in a few hours and left the place clean and tidy with our original shutters still intact. The difference it's made to our house is immense, along with our reduced heating bills. The guys were excellent, can't recomment Mr Swain and Mr Swain highly enough.

I found the Swain Bros to be fast friendly and very efficient with the work I had done. Two quality windows fitted to a very good standard, along with four new toughened glass units fitted to bi folding doors. I’m extremely pleased with the glass units because the bi fold doors are wooden and therefore had wooden fixed beads to remove and put back. You wouldn’t be able to tell the beads have been touched, very neat job from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this firm.

The finished work transforms my home and makes it virtually maintenance free in years to come. Double glazing has inbuilt anxiety about cost, work quality, negotiating with salesmen offering spurious discounts, sub-contractors from another county, . Swain Brothers gave me a calm survey, detailed quotation, timely arrival and completion. No fuss, no bother, just a confident, courteous, industrious performance. On recomendation from a familiy member, the Swain Bro's built a brand new 3x3 Edwardian conservatory for me. Including a dwarf wall, adjustable vent window in the roof, multiple electrical sockets and the special blue glass in the roof. FIrst rate job all around I am very happy with the work done. The project experienced a few hurdles along the way but the guys were up to the task and it didn't bother them in the slightest. They paid special attention to our needs and worked around our work schedules which really helped us get the building completed. We will use them again for sure! Thank you!

It was replacing a roof where an extension had been added, by another builder, to work done years previously by Swain Brothers. They solved the problem of a very bad roof join put on by he second company. Brilliant result better than I had hoped!
