Right from the initial contact to the moment they left our property we couldn't fault anything. Excellent communication kept us up to date with how everything was progressing. There was no pushy selling they did exactly what we asked for. Their drive for perfection is clear in all that they do and nothing is too much trouble. I know that if there were to be a problem with our new windows that I could give them a call and they'd be round asap to solve the problem. We're really pleased with the finished product; it's transformed our home. Can't rate them highly enough!

Just had Bi-fold doors fitted, and soffits and guttering replaced. Really pleased with all of it - work was carried out efficiently, quickly and very tidily. All involved very friendly. Would definately recommend.

I was apprehensive about new double glazing spoiling the appearance of our Victorian House but was impressed by other customers' comments and my enquiries into Swain Bros' reputation. The business is run by two brothers with no salesmen or employees. They gave very helpful advice, the price was very reasonable, the installation was quick and efficient and the end result looks super. I would highly recommend them.

Andy and Tim Swain have replaced windows and doors in several of my rental properties as well as worked on my own home. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company for both the quality of their workmanship and the product installed. It is also worth noting that their windows are manufactured locally, not only helping the local economy, but also the carbon footprint; and my old windows environmentally recycled.
