Swain Brothers Limited carried out the replacement of all sash windows in this three-storied home over a period of about six months. The "staging" of this work was for my convenience. They always appeared at the time, and on the day, agreed. They were extremely efficient, carried out the work exactly as asked and if I am ever asked to recommend anyone to carry out such work, they would be the first people that I would suggest.

Have been using Andy & Tim since moving to Eastbourne 7 years ago . We have been updating our B & B, and always use Swains for any replacement windows, or new panels, always excellent service - arrive on time and clear up behind them. Wouldn't use anyone else!

The Swain Brothers were amazing from start to finish. We had to get Planning Permission and Conservation permission and they were heavily involved from start to finish. They liaised with the planning depth and provided additional drawings at short notice, as well as a made up profile of the windows to show the planning officer at a site meeting. There was a small window of good weather to take the old conservatory down and put the new one up which they managed to do in a day, finishing it off the next day in the rain. We couldn't have wished for a better result the new conservatory is stunning.

We have just had ten double glazed windows, and back and front doors installed by the Swain Brothers and are really happy with the job. We would recommend them to everyone. Lovely people.
