Dave turned up on time and was very helpful explaining to both of us the details and the procedure of the Fire Risk Assessment he carried out on our Grade 2 listed building in central Brighton. He was always polite and also discussed issues with tenants resident in the building and invited any queries.
The Fire Risk Assessment was delivered promptly by email as well as the Fire Emergency Evacuation Plan which we will ensure all tenants receive.
We were very satisfied with his work, his explanations and his report. Also he communicated clearly, arrived on time and was polite to all!

Dave was very prompt, polite and reasonably priced compared to most. He got the job done at very short notice and over the weekend. The report was issued within a matter of hours.
