I have been very impressed with the service I have received from Southern Fire Risk Assessments. Communication has been very good with Dave. His colleague Nic visited the property to carry out a Fire Risk Assessment and he was very pleasant and helpful like Dave. The company managed to fit the visit in quickly and it did not take long to receive the report which was appreciated as I required it immediately for the sale of the property. I would definitely recommend this company and would go back to them should I require their services again in the future.

I was so grateful that Dave could organise the FRA for the next day, very understanding of my situation and gave me confidence in their reliability and professionalism, while just being nice to deal with. Nic arrived on time, was very thorough, professional and again pleasant to deal with, and, again understanding of the situation, wrote the report that night, for which I am extremely grateful, as this is the last thing (last minute from solicitors) holding up exchange of contracts. Also the price was very competitive.

The fire risk assessor was able to complete the assessment quickly. On arrival took pictures and checked the internal areas of the block of flats. They then discussed with me what they had found and made various recommendations. They were very professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk everything through with them. The report was then emailed to me within two days. I would highly recommend them and will be contacting them again for future assessments.

Dave turned up on time and was very helpful explaining to both of us the details and the procedure of the Fire Risk Assessment he carried out on our Grade 2 listed building in central Brighton. He was always polite and also discussed issues with tenants resident in the building and invited any queries.
The Fire Risk Assessment was delivered promptly by email as well as the Fire Emergency Evacuation Plan which we will ensure all tenants receive.

Dave was very prompt, polite and reasonably priced compared to most. He got the job done at very short notice and over the weekend. The report was issued within a matter of hours. Very impressed with how thorough he was, and how convenient, quick and easy the whole experience was. Highly recommended!
