After being told by another garage that my head gasket had gone on my Range Rover these guys were brilliant. They diagnosed the real issue, dealt with my AA cover and got me back on the road in no time. Kept me posted to what they were doing. Very reasonable price for repairs. Very friendly. Great service. Great bunch on reception as well as mechanics. Definitely will be using again and would recommend to anyone needing help. Brilliant service. Thanks guys.

My 20 year old SLK would not start and was locked in park. None of my local garages were able to help. South Coast Garage was brilliant. They had all the computer gear necessary to run full diagnostic tests and sort out the problem. They subsequently gave the car a service and MOT. The price was much less than I was expecting. I’m delighted with the fantastic service received from South Coast Garage. The communication from Sophie was brilliant. Always helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Guys, I will be using you in the future to look after my SLK. Thank you!

Disappointing<br>Good:. Pick up car from home and return<br>Easy to book service on phone.<br>Bad: poor communication - did not inform me pickup time on day. As promised. Chased on phone. Took 39 mins to get back to me.<br><br>Bonnet release cover on floor. Seat still had plastic on and floor carpet covering.<br>Dash cam had no data on return.<br>Questionable extra work needed!<br>Windscreen wipers £69 asked driver who returned car any issues. He stated none<br><br>No car valet/clean.<br><br>Carried out service as required. Satisfactory.<br><br>Will not use them again

My wife’s BMW recently went in after it had suspension failure. Everyone at South coast garage was brilliant. The car was diagnosed and repaired quickly. Both of our BMW’s will be coming here now for service and repair.

Absolutely worth the 35-40 minute drive each way to have these guys work on my 645ci. Replacement of the thermostat was quick, despite the part delivery issue from BMW. I will definitely be using them for all future work, MOT, servicing etc.

Had recently bought a car from a dealer and upon inspection at BMW main dealer serious issues with front suspension were highlighted. Contacted South Coast Garage and they offered a competitive price and managed to the fit car in the same week. New adaptive dampers and top mounts now fitted and the car was even cleaned! Great service, communicative, competitively priced and will be a returning customer.

I would highly recommend South Coast garage. I've been going to them for over a year now and will never go anywhere else. They are very honest and have never tried to make me pay for something I didn't need, especially as I'm a female who has no knowledge on cars. Their service is always amazing and even cleaned my car at the end. When I leave my car with them, I know I have left it in the right hands. Best garage in Eastbourne by far, if I could leave more then 5 starts I would have. Can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic service from the staff , checked what I paid 5 years ago for a cam belt change and this was cheaper. Please with the service I received. Plus they gave the car a wash, you don't get that often. Would very much recommend them.
