Great place for children and adults. Loved seeing the sheep shearing and all the animals so well looked after. There were very helpful staff available in the grounds answering our questions. The cafe was very good too with ample seating, inside and out. The seating outside is surrounded by beautiful plants that are for sale. The shop, too, has an amazing assortment of foodstuffs. Altogether a very pleasant experience 😊

I regularly buy lamb and beef from the farm for over a year now, they deliver to me in Kent. It's got that proper fresh meat smell, Anyway I couldn't recommend Lancashirelambboxes.com more.

Great environment with fresh, tasty food! Stopped for lunch on a tour and highly recommend… not your average tour lunch stop

The best farm shop I’ve ever visited, and by a mile! We had the asparagus quiche and the bean quiche, which were both delicious, and perfect portion sizes. The cider shop is so impressive!! They allow for you to have samples, and all the ones we tried were fantastic - such a broad range, they have a little bit of everything! The farm shop had samples as well, and we tried some lamb gyros burgers, vanilla fudge, a charcoal cheddar, and a blue cheese. Everything was just delicious, I would have bought so much if we were going directly home after. The gift shop had some lovely pottery and we did buy a green floral ceramic plate. Would 10/10 recommend — we are tempted to return again before we leave the area!!!

Lovely selection of plants, ciders and a cup of tea and a slice of cake. Have stopped here regularly over 10 years or so and not been disappointed.

Always a delight to have a little trip down to Middle Farm ā˜ŗļø

Their fresh, locally sourced meat is second to none in the area, everything else is top quality as well.

If you're early, you might even score a fresh bag of "Mamoosh" pitas in the breads section.

Prices are definitely on the high side, but it's comforting to know it goes to support local farms and producers rather than the big chains.

Other than the farm shop, there's a lovely cider shop with many dozens of local /craft ciders and beers, a plant shop, a restaurant/cafe and a small gift shop.

Laid back, country village vibes all around, it has to be one of my favorite places in Sussex ✨

My son loves Middle Farm. They have a great variety of animal and a large, secure space for my son to explore. Marked down a star as the coffee shop service always tends to be incredibly slow.

We had the best time at Middle farm, great children's play area and small selection of farm yard animals. We would take a picnic next time as there is a lovely space to get out ypur picnic bits and space for the kids to run around (freedom), there are a few benches but not many.
Hay barn was the biggest hit for my 6 Yr old and I thought it was pretty epic too. We will definitely visit again.
The cafe was nice and the wholefood shop and plant area was a real treat.

Really engaging and fun day out, the kids loved it (beware the hay barn šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø).
It's also got a bloomin awesome farm shop and off-licence with a mind boggling array of ciders, beers and English wine.

Always great to visit. The cider selection has expanded and is out of this world. Make sure you get the reusable demi John's if cider is your choice.

Middle Farm is a total treat! The new interactive activities are loads of fun (think hands-on, not just for kids), and the staff are absolute stars—fun, friendly, and full of animal facts you didn’t know you needed. Feeding the animals is a delight—pigs, bunnies, the whole gang.
The only thing missing is a bumpy old tractor ride, but honestly, you’re too busy having a good time to mind.
Plus, ending your day with the best gift/farm shop is a delight.

Well worth a visit. The farm shop has a good selection of meats and cheese. The coffee at the cafe was good, but slightly let down by the dry cake. Huge selection of boxed cider in the cider barn that you can buy in a range of takeaway bottle sizes.
