I met some of the Lushington Chiropractic team at the Lets do Business event in Eastbourne and popped along for a reduced price first visit. I did not feel pressured into having treatment, everything was discussed in detail and I felt confident in the staff and techniques. I have suffered with back pain for years and gradually over several sessions the pain subsided considerably and the excercises I was given have meant a continued improvement. Easy to make appointments, even emergency ones, very friendly staff - thoroughly recommended.

I would recommend anyone see a Chiropractor. I have no major health problems but I do suffer with IBS.
I was sceptical when my Chiropractor said she could help with this. I have been amazed on the difference. I feel so relaxed after a treatment and wake up the next day refresed and raring to go. My IBS has improved significantly which I never thought would happen.

In 1962 I contracted a mild strain of muliple sclerosis and had been suffering with quite a bit of pain. I had to sleep on floors instead of lying in the luxury of a bed. Dr James Revell made life for me tolerable.

The staff are very warm and welcoming. My chiropractor listened to my story, took a full medical history and my treatment was explained fully. It is proving to be very beneficial and my appointments are easy, non painful and taken at my own pace.

After decades of subjecting the body to various adventurous sporting activities and military parachuting I sought treatment for various ailments in the neck and shoulder area, I was advised by my daughter to visit the chiropractic clinic of James Revell in Lushington Road, Eastbourne. After several months of treatment the result is less pain and more mobility in both areas. I enjoy cycling and one of the benefits of this treatment is that I can once more turn my head without discomfort and look at the traffic over my shoulder. I will continue to have treatment on a monthly basis to ensure continued mobility in the areas specified.

Yesterday for the first time for months I was able to push myself up out of the bath without any pain or weakness in my arm. This week I have also been able to throw the ball much further for the dog and there was no pain in my arm. I am very pleased with the treatment I have received from you which has resulted in me regaining full movement and strength in my right arm after only four weeks.
I am also sleeping much better as I have no pain with my shoulder.

I went to Dr Revell as I was suffering from headaches (3 a week) which seemed to stem from a pain in my neck. After my first consultation I discovered I had other problems with my back and neck which needed correcting but Dr Revell made me feel at ease and reassured me that my problem would be easy to fix with time.
I felt nervous before my first treatment but soon discovered that I had nothing to worry about and the weekly adjustments to my neck and spine were only small and gradual. I was amazed at how easy my neck felt even after just one session, I hadn’t felt my neck move so freely for years.
After several treatments I noticed my headaches had disappeared and my lower back pain was no longer a problem.
I would recommend chiropractic to anyone with back problems as it is money well spent.

After nearly ten years of back and neck pain I met Dr Revell, from the very first appointment I knew there was a future free from pain. After a few sessions I was able to start low impact exercise and then started running (slowly!) The pain in my back quickly became manageable and the following year I completed the London Marathon, this was a dream I felt I would never have achieved without James.

I first visited Dr Revell at the Lushington Chiropractic Clinic, with the purpose of eliminating the headaches I suffered from due to the tension in my neck. Dr Revell on examination of my symptoms and having gained full understanding of my medical history came to the conclusion that an old whip lash injury was to blame for my current condition coupled with my tendency to slouch. During each appointment he manipulated my neck and back into its correct position and gave me a set of exercises to help strengthen my muscles and improve my posture. The results I am delighted to say were a resounding success and have improved not only my physical self but have given me an understanding of the cause and effect of bad posture or injuries and how to combat them accordingly.
For anyone suffering from any type of back complaint I highly recommend paying the Lushington Chiropractic Clinic a visit. The staff are extremely helpful and easy to talk to and you can feel secure in the knowledge you are receiving the best professional care available.

On Saturday 23rd June, I lifted my dog and my back gave way. I fell to my knees with the pain and I could not move. I eventually got up and my upper body was leaning 6” to the left.
I was recommended Dr Revell by a friend.
On Monday 25th June I had my first consultation with Dr Revell (within 2 hours of telephoning for a consultation.)
There followed another appointment on Tuesday 16th and Friday 29th June. By the Wednesday I was almost upright. By the following Monday, 2nd July (1 week from my first consultation) i was back at work. I have had a further 4 more appointments and I am back doing everything I was doing before.
I am following the exercises recommended by Dr Revell these along with the initial cold pack treatment recommended by Dr Revell have been marvellous. I would have no hesitation recommending Dr Revell.

Having read in the ‘In Style’ magazine about the experience of a patient attending the above clinic (Eastbourne Family Chiropractic) I would like to endorse all that he has said.
In my care it was ‘if at first you don’t succeed try try again’. After some 40 plus years of back pain, about 5 years ago I thought I would try a chiropractor. I must say he did help me a lot but I could not expect miracles as I suffer with arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. After many visits I thought he had done all he could for me and stopped seeing him.
A few moths ago I was in more pain than usual and having heard Dr Revell on the local radio I decided to pay him a visit. I have been currently attending his clinic for 4 weeks now and have found he has a different approach to the previous chiropractor and although he cannot cure me I am enjoying considerable relief from pain and have greater mobility. I really am glad that I decided to try a chiropractor again.

What a difference the explanations and help I received from you was ‘bar-none’ then knew what was wrong and what I had, after being told at the hospital there was nothing more they could do and that I might never walk again. Then after the first treatment I felt the difference and over the second and third visits I was almost walking normally again, now I feel as if I have been given new legs, its all due to you and your marvellous treatment and help.
I can’t thank you enough and would recommend you to anyone, to come along and see you feel human again.
