A real old fashion family butcher supported the school west rise in eastbourne i worked in a slaughterhouse so i know my meat have visited the shop and been downstairs and the place is immaculate and a lot of care is in the way they cut the meat and the quality is second to non the beef with the marbling is amazing and the presentation brings out the quality alex richards (west rise school eastbourne) i would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone for quality and service l

By a country mile the best butcher in East Sussex. Knows the providence of each animal and the (almost all organic grass fed) feed. Always a happy face too. A genuine delight and a perfect example of a local family run business we should all be supporting.

My local butcher, always has excellent quality meat, I am fussy about quality and have never been disappointed here. Staff are friendly and very helpful, can't recommend this butcher enough, really is top notch.
