First visit but won't be the last. Had the full breakfast. Good quality ingredients and generous portions. Cooked to perfection. Great choice of food. Excellent service with friendly, welcoming staff. Lovely atmosphere. Tables well spaced. Would be suitable for someone in a wheelchair.<br>Highly recommend

Taken over by new owners in autumn 2024, this has been transformed into a warm friendly cafe with a modern lively feel. The two owners (I think?) who are front of house are genuine and welcoming and the cafe now has an urban/independent type buzz. The coffee is good and sandwiches are fantastic. I was starting to despair at the decline of independent coffee shops in Eastbourne (maybe there are only 2 others worth going to?) so the rejuvenation of Hyde Corner is very welcome. Now my favourite and is dog friendly. Love it.

After trying 2 other cafes, one closed, one full we tried here. We were very pleased not to have been able to go to the others. Lovely service, our full English and fish finger sandwich were fantastic. Great coffee too. Didn't try the enormous cheese scones but will be back soon to put that right. Thank you Hyde Corner. Really lovely cafe with amazing selection of cakes and pastries- had morning coffee and brunch. Staff were very helpful and atmosphere was lovely. Parking outside is free on Sunday but arrive early.

Lovely to visit Hyde today! They confirmed they separate the meat from the eggs and use different frying pans.<br><br>We loved the menu and the cake counter and the service was very good!

Called in today my wife and myself had an all day breakfast absolutely gorgeous bacon sausages egg just how i like it very good service a lovely friendly ambience if i lived nearer i would come several times a week i give the Hyde 11out of 10

Our 2nd day of visiting and again wasn't disappointed. Excellent service,friendly relaxed atmosphere and lovely food. We tried the full English breakfast yesterday, and today a jacket potato and a sausage roll. Perfect. We will be very regular customers.

I haven't been here for a little while but today everything about Hyde Corner really blew me away, but above all, the customer service. The team were busy but that only made them go further to ensure I knew that I was warmly welcome. Those little acts of kindness go a long way and meant so much to me - thank you x

Met up with a friend lunchtime, hadn't been here before: independent coffee shop. Nice atmosphere. Quiet around 12:00 on Friday just a few people in. Staff quite friendly. Not a big menu: cakes, pastries and toasties.

Très contente d’avoir trouvé cet endroit où les clients consommateurs de café et nourriture sont privilégiés par rapport aux squatteurs avec ordinateurs qui occupent les places indéfiniment au détriment des vrais clients qui ne peuvent alors plus s’assoir. Bel endroit, très bon café et pâtisserie au top ! Je recommande

Lovely cakes, some unusual like Rhubarb and cinnamon, which is very nice. The toffee Caramel cake is also nice.<br><br>Its normally quiet which is nice. Als9 has clean toilets.
