Rob has just been out to service my boiler and, as always, I was really pleased with the service from Harrison Heating.
He arrived on time and gave me a message about 30 minutes beforehand to let me know he was on his way. The communication from this firm really is second to none. Rob has always been very good at responding, keeping me updated and letting me know exactly what’s happening.
Their pricing is very competitive too, and I’ve been more than happy with everything they’ve done for me so far.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harrison Heating.

They came as planned. Completed the annual service plus a repair that I new was needed very efficiently and talked through the repair before and after.

We had excellent service today from one of your engineers, Rob, who came to sort out a small gas leak. He was very helpful, explaining what he was doing and why, in the context of the new gas regulations. He also diagnosed the issue speedily and was able to complete the necessary remedial work without a problem.
Would also like to commend the previous engineer, Dave, who came out initially to do a boiler service, but was not able to complete it at that time because of diagnosed leak.

Excellent boiler service and repair to Worcester boiler at a pre agreed price that was reasonable and fair for the work involved. Boiler now in full use. I would certainly use this company again and also recommend them to anyone wishing to have a hassle free repair/service.

I would Not hesitate to recommend Rob and Ryan from Harrison Heating. They professionally installed a baxi combi boiler, auxiliary equipment, and digital thermostat.
Rob was very pleasant and clearly explained our options and process to us. The installation went smoothly and Ryan worked cleanly and tidily. We are very pleased with the outcome and are now awaiting a bathroom quote.

Still Recommend this Company - Installed a new Combi Boiler for us last year. Now completed our annual service and still as attentive and efficient as for the installation. Will continue to have our Annual Services with them , cheaper than a monthly contract. Thanks Rob

I would Not hesitate to recommend Rob and Ryan from Harrison Heating. They professionally installed a top of the range new Vailiant boiler, auxiliary equipment, and digital thermostat, after our original boiler ceased working. Starting early on a Saturday, earlier than scheduled, so that my wife who is in poor health, could be warm and have hot water.
We were kept informed throughout the installation, our carpets and flooring was covered, and all the waste was removed.
Having received quotes, the job was priced right.
Rob has worked for us before, and we will be using Rob and Ryan again, thank you.

Rob Harrison came out on a callout on our Corgi insurance and found our 20 year old boiler had failed. As HHS are a local company, based in Willingdon, we asked Rob to quote for a replacement. That quote was turned around very quickly and competitively. We were pleased to ask HHS to install a new BAXI boiler, which was completed within a week of the original call out. Dave who came to carry out the installation was a credit to HHS, very professional, clean, tidy and a pleasure to deal with and so was his colleague (who I forgot to note the name of). In short Rob and his company were a pleasure to deal with, competitive on price and totally professional. Thank you.

Amazing service from Rob and Ryan. They installed a new boiler and Hive system and dealt with all associated plumbing alterations on short notice. Rob even took the time to show me how to program the new Hive system through the app and they cleaned up and left everything nice and tidy. I would thoroughly recommend HHS and they will be my first call for any issues in the future.

I can thoroughly recommend HHS. From the outset they were responsive, punctual, tidy and explained what they were doing. Quotes were promptly given and accurate. The plumbers were cordial and tidy and I am very happy with their approach and with their work.
