Thank you for your excellent professional service that is friendly and prompt. After having very bad experience at another very well-known optometrist company, I was scared to go to any other again and found Green & Elliott on google. My recent annual eye test with Alan Pascoe was totally "safe" in these covid times. It was thorough and included high levels of health checks.....which is so reassuring! The whole experience was very professional and stress free! I had fun choosing my new spectacles with plenty of knowledgeable help ... a joint exchange of advice!! I would highly recommend Green and Elliotts . An added bonus is the level of aftercare . thank you!<br>Wendy

We had our eyes tested at Green and Elliott in Eastbourne recently and the level of professionalism and service was exemplary. Their equipment was up to date and the testing was very thorough. Everything was explained to us. The optometrist detected an eye condition in my husband’s eye that we did not know he had and this was dealt with very efficiently with referral to a consultant and probably saved his sight in that eye. With that level of service and professionalism, we would not go elsewhere now for our eye care and are prepared to pay knowing we are in excellent hands.

I am so impressed with the care and attention by the staff here. I have a complex eye condition that has been thoroughly and successfully addressed. I have found all the personnel here, without exception, to be friendly, helpful and kind.

Prices have gone up and they are very confusing about the relationship with NHS patients . I was refused the free eye test I am entitled to.<br>The Optician has since kindly phoned to apologise, it was an issue of staff training which is being sorted.
