The Gentleman who looked after us throughout ,from choosing our car to informing us about delivery issues,kept us in the know the whole time. Whatever we asked ,he knew the response straight away ,if we had telephoned the company. We were offered tea/coffee ,and alongside a very cheerful professional manner,which is really very nice especially at front of house. If we could clone this Gentleman to companies elsewhere in UK,we would be very lucky customers, and the company ,I would certainly imagine would be extremely PROUD of their employee, ie the one who looked after us. Could not fault anything about Eastbourne Motoring Centre. And love our new car,,,!

Xander was great from showroom to ownership and even since never felt hassled or pushed just helped from start to finish always updated via email (as asked) and couldn't of been more helpful, would highly recommend to anyone. My experience at EMC Eastbourne Suzuki was cracking because the salesperson listened to what I needed and was able to explain some key points of the vehicle that addressed my queries.
