Good fan base. No segregation and good natured support. Good facilities better than a lot of league sides. They have put Eastbourne on the map.the new owner has changed a lot and it's looking good.

First time years since been to this ground with their all weather picth very cold night cup game we won on penalties final score 1.2 Hastings utd . Eastbourne side very good keeping ball the game in normal time could gone either way saying this. Eastbourne had more chances it was decided on penalties that's football 3.00 to get in for game was great price football match gate was 875 not bab Tuesday night game .

Excellent venue, but toilet facilities could be better, very basic and old. Football matches are well attended and not too expensive.

A very nice field open to the public with an enjoyable bar and a sweet cafe. Also very good if walking dogs. Would recommend!

Only attended for a public meeting. I walked so parking was not an issue, but the car park appeared to be full. The meeting was well supported and seating capacity was inadequate. I don't know how busy it is normally, but I'm guessing seating could be a problem for other events. Decor was a little dated, but some painting was taking place in the lobby area.

Excellent facilities - 3G artificial all weather pitch, large seated stand, and covered concreted standing area almost all round the ground. Good refreshment facilities too. Car park for 400 vehicles plus nearby on street parking even when crowds of 1000+.

I usually go to the Amex. Priory Lane is a completely different experience - easier to get to. It is well organised with 3 bars and food outlets by the pitch. Attendance was 1039 and Borough won.
