Working with Claudia over the past year has been truly life-changing. When we started, I was struggling with significant food anxiety due to allergies, which made eating (out) feel stressful and limiting. Claudia immediately made me feel understood and supported. Through her expert guidance including meticulously reviewing my blood tests and other medical results, we began a careful process of food testing, which helped me gradually expand the range of foods I could eat safely and confidently. I even managed to become vegetarian which I genuinely thought to be impossible in the past, due to my food allergies. She also taught me how to build balanced meals and find a daily eating rhythm that worked for my lifestyle. These changes have made a huge difference not just in my diet, but overall wellbeing. I feel healthier, more energized, and more at peace with food. Claudia’s compassionate and knowledgeable approach made all the difference—I’m so grateful for her support!

Employing Claudia to help me become healthier is one of the best decisions I’ve made. She has a very calm and friendly non-judgmental approach which enables you to feel at ease to open up to her. Her approach to improving your health is by looking at your own 4 pillars of health (she’ll tell you), and she supports all the way. By doing this you create a sustainable approach to your own day to day habits. I’ve always struggled with uncontrollable eating habits, anxiety, weight gain and bloating and more recently breast cancer. I wanted Claudia to help me (at 58) regain control of my life in different ways and to help promote good health for my future. She has. ❤️🌸🎷

I got in touch with Claudia as I had something not quite right with my blood tests and I took it as an opportunity to take a look at my eating habits and learn how to make healthier choices. The goal is to do my best and prevent heart/neurological issues down the line. I chose Claudia because of her training but also her chef background. The fantastic thing about the process is that you're not told/imposed food choices, you gradually learn how to make those choices for yourself, one step at a time. Claudia understands how important personal preferences and beliefs are in food, and she helps you find what works for you. On top of that, she helped troubleshoot my bread making too.

I have a heart problem and was told by my GP that I would be on some specific drugs for the rest of my life. I started the drugs and the side effects were such that I did not want to continue with them. I approached Claudia and she ensured that my diet has begun to approach having the same long-term goal as the drugs but, of course, without the side effects. Not only that, I am now so much better informed about my diet and how to maintain a healthy one. I cannot thank her enough.

Claudia has helped me to be more educated and empowered about my health, diet and eating habits than I’ve ever been. She was thorough and sensitive in establishing my health before starting the appointments. The advice given during appointments was informative but given in context of the specific situation of understanding my lifestyle. In between appointments, Claudia kept in regular contact, being able to give feedback or answer questions. I am immensely grateful for all Claudia’s support and extremely glad I made the first appointment.

Claudia is a superb dietitian, who I couldn’t recommend enough! Her advice and support is informative, practical and tailored to your day-to-day life, making it feel easier to implement. I went to Claudia at a bit of loss with what to do and struggling with intolerances. Over the next few months, with Claudia’s advice and support, I’ve been able to get back on track, gain energy, become a healthy weight and everything else in life.. new job, socialising, exercise has started to follow suit… Thank you!!

Claudia has given me my life back - after years of unpleasant symptoms and equally unpleasant investigations, I was highly anxious about eating and had a very restricted diet. Within a matter of weeks, by following her guidance, I was so much better. I have, with her help, learnt my triggers and tolerance levels and am able to eat a varied diet and actually enjoy food again. She is kind, caring and so compassionate, I thoroughly recommend her.

I was always very skeptical when it came to dietitians, but when I got diagnosed with health issues such as Hashimoto disease, underactive thyroid and insulin resistance, I knew I needed help. I was lucky to find Claudia. She is hands down the kindest, most understanding and helpful person. She helped me to change the way I see food, she taught me what to eat, why and how. She managed my health issues and was with me every step of the way when new issues came up for me. Claudia offers so much more than meal ideas, she changed the way I care for my body and my mind. I will recommend her to anyone who needs to learn how to be healthier. She is a very knowledgeable person but above everything else - she is the sweetest soul that will encourage you to do your best. Even when you feel like you are failing, she will find a way to turn things around and help you turn your bad habits into good ones.

Claudia has transformed my life – I had been told by a doctor 15 years ago that I was celiac although I did not have a test – and was told to stick to a gluten free diet. I initially went to Claudia because I was underweight and she suggested that I – under her very careful supervision – should gradually try eating gluten. It was a real revelation and I can now eat anything. She also helped me with diet in general and I have put on nearly a stone, which is great. I'm really grateful to her.

"I first contacted Claudia over a year and a half ago when I was rapidly losing weight (not due to cancer) and was worried whether I was eating properly. Then, after I had had an emergency operation on my digestive tract I needed guidance on how to build myself up and then keep a healthy weight. Finally, I was diagnosed as being pre-diabetic so needed guidance on that as well.

Throughout this time I have been in regular contact with Claudia via Zoom and have found her to be very friendly, professional and supportive. I have learned a lot about what to eat, how to eat and what to avoid and now feel that I am on an even keel.

I’ve been working with Claudia for 5 months now. I have seen a steady weight loss and a definite change in my body composition. The weight loss has been gentle but sustained even though I was made redundant, started a new job & got Covid whilst I was consulting with Claudia. These upheavals would usually sent me straight into eating overdrive.

It is warmly and without reservation that I recommend Claudia whom I contacted in Oct 2015 to help me with weight loss (my objective was to shed off 20kg, bringing me from 85kg to my original 65kg weight). I'd gradually put on weight five years running, bringing me well over my BMI -  frustration and physical discomfort were becoming too much to bear. Strenuous gym sessions and my own dieting efforts weren't paying off. Claudia's approach was never to deprive or totally exclude foods/drinks I loved - but to have it in smaller portions and to adapt ways to eat them/substitute ingredients so I never felt deprived or hungry. She also gave me some good tips on exercise and motivated me throughout by providing constant support, tips and warm encouragements.
Within 12 months later I had lost 20 kgs, restoring my weight to a healthy 23 BMI (compared to 30 when I started) 
This was a gradual, gentle process and with Claudia's tremendous moral support and constructive positive feedback, I felt supported throughout and proud of my achievements. Five years later I am still applying Claudia ’s learnings and have maintained my weight and healthy diet. Claudia is a very professional and experienced dietician. She put me at my ease since our first session, never being judgemental, but showing care and compassion. She helped me not only loose weight, but build an healthy daily routine, that includes a balanced diet, good sleep and exercise. I worked with Claudia for several months. She was amazing! Always non-judgemental and had so many tips that never would have occurred to me. She says that she has only 2 rules: there's nothing you can't eat unless you're allergic and that you don't have to eat anything you don't like. That's the starting point but there's so much more. I managed to overcome decades of eating disorders and am feeling so much healthier. If you can, I would 100% recommend signing up with Claudia.

Claudia is a really lovely warm and caring person. I was suffering from digestive issues and she gave some really practical and useful tips and advice. Claudia really spends the time listening to your problems and makes you feel like she really cares about you getting better. I haven't completely solved my stomach problems yet, but I hope that if I continue to work on the advice Claudia gave me I will get there eventually. Claudia takes a holistic approach and helps you work though anything that might be causing the issues... for example your mental health, sleep, types of food, as well as how and when you eat. Claudia was also really easy to communicate with via email in between sessions. Thank you Claudia!
