Have used this butchers for over a year now. They always use local farmers in and around Eastbourne. Value for money and amazing steak. Very friendly staff, always happy to see you. Great sausages.

Superb meat, highly recommend their sirloin. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. The meat counter at upcountry is well stocked and have always been impressed with the quality. Also they have some of the best sausages in Sussex!

I genuinely cannot put into words how great this butcher is. I have been using C Stevens for around a year now and will not go anywhere else. The meat is locally farmed and this shows in the quality. They also regularly have one off products which are always so delicious. I have to mention also, they guys are so friendly and always offer some really helpful tips for cooking, and pairing sides with the meat. Thank you!
