Brains is an outstanding butchers. The shop is professionally run by an experienced butcher who takes great pride in his work, provides excellent service and is genuinely personable. The meat, poultry and produce like puddings and sausages sold are of high quality and many are locally sourced. I never fail to be impressed. Brains is the best!

The Sussex sausages (with added sage) were delicious and the steak stir fry was amazing! Will be back for more.....you pay more but was worth it👍🏻😊

Have been going to Brain's for years, have catered many functions as ex chef, have had loads of compliments, also use weekly, never had a bad meal from their meat yet.<br>When ever I have had compliments about a particular piece of meat I them to my butcher, Yes that's right BRAIN'S at the triangle in willingdon, great meat at good prices.<br>They know where their meat comes from and are fussy. I have probably eaten every cut over the years, all good. Buy any cut with confidence, as if it's not good they will not sell it.<br><br>Mark & Susan Pybus
