Keeping fit, healthy and in good shape is something we should aspire to all year round. If the dark nights make you want to stay at home rather than venture out for a run or to the gym, a bootcamp to kickstart your way to fitness may be just what you need.

Trilogy Bootcamp is starting a 4 week bootcamp on Ealing Common on Monday 6th February 2012. Sessions are at 6.45am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings and last for 45 minutes so you can fit it in before the working day begins. If you want to work out with great people in the fresh air this would certainly be the class for you!

The fun sessions enable you to participate whatever your level of fitness and there is great and realistic advice on food and lifestyle.
