10th November 2009

Global Enterprise Week is exactly what it says on the tin - an international celebration of innovation, imagination and dedication. No enterprise too small, no restriction on how long you've been running your business, or even if you're only at the ideas stage.

Croydon Enterprise, the fantastic local organisation dedicated to promoting Croydon's innovators, is hosting two exciting events this month - the Home Workers Expo, and the Women's Day Conference.

As well as great networking opportunities for delegates, there are also sponsorship packages available - if you want to invest in your company by getting your brand seen at the event (maybe with a stand, or getting into the goodie bag) contact Grainne Cook gcook@croydonbusiness.com 020 8680 6141

Home Enterprise Day Expo
Crystal Palace Football Club
Friday 20 November
09.00-17.00

With key note speaker John Elliott MBE inspiring others to move from their own garden sheds to join him on millionaires row, the Home Enterprise Day promises to give delegates with essential knowledge to develop their businesses. There will also be practical masterclasses on subjects on basic start-up advice to e-marketing and web design.

Croydon Enterprise understand the worth of good networking, and delegates will not be rushed through lunch - rather the extended lunch session will be a perfect opportunity to network your name-badges off.

Women's Day Conference
Croydon Park Hotel
Saturday 21 November
09.00-16.30

Established business women are invited to join others at a conference dedicated to the enterprising woman. The key note speech will be given by Eryca Freemantle - successful in the beauty industry working with global cosmetics brands and celebrities. Masterclasses will be given on topics like access to finance, communications, marketing, and your vision for your future.

Again, a long networking lunch gives delegates the chance to meet and greet further.
