Thebestof receives Royal Endorsement
Did you hear the Queen’s speech this week?
She said: ‘It’s my sincere hope that the Diamond Jubilee will be an opportunity for people to come together in a spirit of neighbourliness and celebration of their own communities.’
And I was immediately struck that effectively, is that not a Royal endorsement of thebestof entire strategy?
It is exactly what thebestof is all about: bringing together communities and celebrating all that is best about our respective towns. In my case: it is Croydon and Bromley.
I love the fact that we are so in line and in synergy with Her Majesty.
