11/11 is Pepero Day
Pepero Day is South Korea equivalent of Valentine’s day. It’s named after the Korean snack Pepero and held on November 11, since the date 11/11 resembles four sticks of Pepero (Pepero are like Mikados)
So far this year there has been 1.1.11, 11.1.11, 1.11.11
and soon 11.11.11
But that’s not all …
My daughters are born in 2002 and 2004 – if you take the last 2 digits of the year they were born and add their age (9 and 7) the result will add up to 11.
