We thought we'd update you on the opening times for the tips across Croydon Borough for you.
There are 3 tips available for householders to use in our area. Here Croydon residents can take along unwanted household items and even more importantly, recycle many items too.
You can only use these facilities if you live in Croydon so please remember to bring along some form of ID to prove your address. You can't bring along trade waste either, the service is for household waste only.
Purley Oaks, Brighton Road, South Croydon, CR8 1DG
Monday to Sunday: 8am to 3.30pm
Due to the size of the site only standard sized cars are allowed to use Purley Oaks
Factory Lane, West Croydon, CR0 3RL
Monday to Saturday: 7.30am to 4.30pm
Sunday: 8.30am to 4pm
Fishers Farm, North Downs Road, New Addington, CR0 0LB
Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm
Saturday: 9am to 2pm
Sunday: 9am to 1pm
There is a 1.75m vehicle height restriction at Fishers Farm except in the afternoon of the last Wednesday of each month when the barrier is removed.
And remember that all locations will be busier at the weekend so if you can make your trip in the week, you might find it much easier!
