Frozen Banana Ghosts!


  • 200gram bar of white chocolate- broken into chunks
  • 4 medium-large, ripe bananas
  • 85g desiccated coconut 
  • Handful dark chocolate drops


  1. To start with, melt the chocolate in a bowl. You can either do this in a microwave or over the hob. Then leave to one side whilst you prepare the bananas.
  2. Next, peel the bananas, cut them in half and put a lolly stick in the centre.
  3. Spread the coconut out in a large bowl.
  4. With baking parchment, line a large tray. (This tray must be able to fit in the freezer)
  5. Finally, brush the chocolate over the banana and roll in the coconut. Then add two chocolate drops as eyes and

Freeze the bananas for 4 hours.
