Yummy Delights!

With this month's Food Passport to Cirencester having a sweet treat theme it's been a bit difficult not to see delicious indulgences everywhere I go!

We're lucky in Cirencester to have a great selection of independent confectioners from Lick the Spoon with their handcrafted chocolate Easter Eggs to Dolcetti Ice Cream with special flavours just for Easter.

It is impossible to walk down Black Jack Street without being tempted by the aromas of Keiths, traditional sweet shop the Candyman, Jacks Coffee Shop or Lick the Spoon - worse Lick the Spoon's Chocolate Hare for the Hare Festival always manages to catch my eye!

Going further afield won't help either - think you're safe on the industrial estate? Think again! There Dolcetti's tempting ice-cream flavours are laid out for the weak willed (me) to try and buy, nestled between Rave Coffee (really great coffee) and Munch (awesome cake slices).

Looks like I'm destined to gain a few pounds this Easter break....

Happy Easter!
