After a resounding success in 2013 the Phoenix Festival is coming back to the Abbey Grounds on 16th and 17th August 2014! As the gears start turning at Phoenix HQ 2014 promises to be even bigger and better than 2013.
The two-day festival will feature eclectic music from the Cotswolds region and wider area, with a host of local shops, pop-up stalls, traders, artists, food and drink experts and charities hosting stalls at the event. The action packed event will also feature children’s activities and youth scene performance arts. Last year saw over 18,500 visits to the Abbey Grounds over the weekend and it is anticipated the festival will attract similar numbers in 2014.
As in 2013 the Phoenix Festival has young people working with industry experts behind the scenes on a completely voluntary basis to deliver this extravaganza. Supported by Cirencester Community Development Trust, Cirencester Town Council and Bromford the young people look set to go from strength to strength.
