Cirencester Market Place Revamp!
Exciting new plans are being drawn up to revamp the heart of our town, the Market Place. For over 40 years there have been plans to improve it have started only to have not come to fruition or just run out of funding, but now Cirencester Town Council has appointed local architects to get the process underway.
Cllr Joe Harris said ‘’These plans are really exciting, we’re ensuring the shopkeepers, local residents and market traders are all involved in the project, to make sure everyone is happy with the redesign and we have a great market place.’’
I personally would love to see the area pedestrianised, what do you want to happen?
