11 men, 11 bikes and just 36 hours to cycle from Paris to Sapperton!

WHO? 11 Dads, Governors, ex-Governors and Friends of Sapperton School are all setting off from Paris on 28th June and cycling the 240 miles back to Sapperton near Cirencester. They will return on the afternoon of Saturday 29th, after only 36 hours. In order to complete the challenge in such a short time, they have all spent hours training each weekend since January and have covered 1000’s of miles in the process.  

Why? The aim of the teamis to raise at least £12,000 which will go towards completing Sapperton Schools new classrooms as well as buying a sensory machine for Gloucester Hospitals Emily Kent Paediatric Oncology Unit.

To celebrate the cyclists return, there will be a Finish Line BBQ on Saturday 29th at 5pm. There will also be a bar, ice-creams, tombola, music and lots of fun!
