I've been working with Will Polston for almost 6 months now as part of Evolve together which is a hybrid of group coaching mixed with one on one support from Will.<br>When I started I felt like I lacked clarity on where I wanted to go with business and life. Also I felt like I'd hit a roadblock with my business and wasn't sure how to move forward.<br>I found Will by chance on social media. I had a clarity session with him and he told me about his programmes if I wished to work with him. I was hesitant at first as like anything new it's unknown territory (as I didn't know anyone personally that had worked with him and I didn't know much about him) and I wanted to make sure I was spending my money and time wisely.<br>But I can saying having worked with him it's the best decision I've ever made. What I like is he's a great business strategist but also has a nice mix of personal development and life coaching.<br>He's personally helped me move forward with roadblocks with my business as well as impove it and open my eyes to expanding it and how to do it. I could say alot more but my review would be to long so I'll just say Make it happen and book a call with him!

I would strongly recommend Will Polston to anyone who needs someone who will support and push them to achieve their goals and also provide them with the tools to do so. If you are willing to be honest, open and put in the work your life will change for the better.

Before I started working with Will, it’s fair to say that I was pretty lost. I had become completely stuck in a rut, had minimal motivation, and just lost my spark and passion. Overall I was frustrated and depressed with where I had ended up, despite achieving so much previously. I needed help unravelling those reasons, because the impact was huge for me physically, mentally and financially. I had become insular, and it was affecting my family and my business to a dangerous degree. It wasn’t just that I needed help understanding the situation, what I really needed was a solution, some direction and motivation.<br><br>The effect that Will has had in just a few weeks is mind blowing. The initial feeling was a huge relief that I had struck gold and found someone who smashed my expectations. We set about a clear and achievable plan and worked through issue by issue. I feel like a different person, and have a renewed sense of direction, belief and motivation.<br><br>I have been in business for 19 years, and this is, without doubt, the best investment I have made. I just wish I had of done it a few years earlier.

Will was recommended to me at a moment when I was making very little progress with my writing; a project I had started four months earlier which proved to be a challenging 1st experience.<br><br>Getting on Will’s program allowed me to make an inventory of my core values, outline precisely my vision at different levels, transpose this vision into an action plan and break it down into weekly tasks that every day reminded me the very reasons why I wanted to complete this writing project.<br><br>The process underpinning this program and the relationship within the group and community were like “the yellow sticks on the road”, giving me structure, supporting me when needed and showing me the direction; they were the compassionate but “annoying” reminder; they were my accountability platform. Also, the couple of 121 sessions I had with Will allowed me to breakthrough few limiting beliefs which had been there for a very long time.<br><br>In other words, if I had started this program before or at the same time I had started my writing project, I would have been in a very different place today. My project would have been released and had a chance to grow before the lockdown and I would have been in a position of being able to help much more people during the lockdown than I actually did.<br><br>Will is a wholehearted human being and easy to connect with. His natural efficiency makes him dependable. You feel safe to explore your deepest challenges; You are in good hands.<br>Definitely, I would recommend Will’s program whether you have a specific challenge to go through and grow from it or you have a desire to transition to a new life for yourself.

Together with a close friend, we had been running a home bakery as a side-line for nearly 5 years, but never dared to take the next step.<br><br>I started working with Will in November last year. By January I quit my job to focus on the bakery. By June we moved into a commercial kitchen and took on our first 3 members of staff. Above all, we have a clear vision now and have found our “North Star” how Will calls it.<br><br>We have achieved more in the past 9 months than in the previous 5 years. And I have learned a huge amount about myself in that time. Will gave me clarity and confidence. We would not be where we are today without his genuine support and ability to empower people to live an inspired life in line with their values. I was a little apprehensive when i turned up the the first seminar with Will, but from the moment he started talking i was hooked, everything he talked about i could relate to you and how i was stopping myself from unlocking my potential, i left that seminar with a new found energy and i wanted to get home and put what i had learnt into practice, I have been doing that ever since our first meeting and i must say i am feeling so much more positive with every aspect of my life. This year is going to be a huge year for me and i am so glad i have met Will as i know he will play a big role in my future successes.<br><br>I urge everyone to give it a try you never know what you can achieve until you unlock your potential.

I have been to a number of events in the last couple of years with mixed feelings on the "self help" culture that is emerging.
