Quite a nice pub although at 10 pm on a Tuesday night there’s really no need for music louder than at Glastonbury. I think I literally hurt my ears he whole place was shaking.

Food is banging. Some decent Smokehouse food. gets lively in the evening. but we enjoyed the atmosphere.

Pretty decent pub on the high street. Nice decor and friendly staff. Beer garden is also very well furnished. Drink prices are a bit expensive; however given the region it's understandable.

Fantastic vibe in The Garrison. Always got great entertainment on and the prices are spot on. Tuesday night bingo is fantastic when Sam is running it.

Stopped here for a light lunch. Good selection of beers. Menu is cheap and cheerful.service was good. Would not recommend for an evening meal. But good for a snack and a couple of beers

Had a wonderful Sunday lunch here on Sunday. The food was all perfectly cooked, and unlike most the vegetables were fresh. Possibly the best roast potatoes ever. The chocolate brownie was sublime. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice place, obviously great location & atmosphere. I would give it 5* but the bouncers especially on a weekend are extremely unnecessarily aggressive towards the youngsters and even some of my friends who have come to visit. We've been put off since earlier this Summer, but know a lot of youngsters will tolerate the abuse, shame really
