We’ve bought this 400-year-old building back to life. At The Garrison, we mix the building’s heritage and added a vintage feel with fun, laughs and good times.
We went as a group on the Chelmsford cocktail event that was going on. We had two in our group that were not drinking so they ordered the mocktails, which were advertised as £4 (cocktails were £5) and every other pub and restaurant had adhered to. We were charged £5 at the Garrison, and when we questioned it the barman said "there must be a miss print on the flyer" that we had on us and showed him. Every other establishment we went to had charged us the correct amount, only the Garrison, which was part of the event (only certain pubs and restaurants were), didn't.
