For no apparent reason, both of my chosen photo software programmes stopped working at the same time! I tried uninstalling/reinstalling both items but still no joy. I looked for solutions online but it seemed that windows 10 had done an update and his was the reason that so many people on the forum had the same problem. The real dilemma was that the one lot of software that I preferred for sizing and printing was no longer used (I downloaded a 30 day trial of the up to date version, and they had changed the method) Enter Steve, and after about 30mins had sorted the problem...it must have been a Microsoft problem, as correcting the one programme, it also cleared the other! Common denominator to both programmes...windows 10. SJH have always provided me with both professional and courteous service. Paul Hinton
Had Steve come in and carry out a 12 month service on my desktop P C. As usual this was carried out in a very professional and friendly manner. Cannot recommend this firm highly enough.
