Thanks to Steve the cmos battery on my laptop has been replaced with ease. Steve came to the house and sorted the job in minutes which was not a simple job. A previous tech person I had taken it to returned it to me saying he didn't want to do it as it wasn't a simple push-in cmos battery. Steve got the parts in and had it done in no time. Thanks for the fantastic service

Steve understood the problem in that my file directory was not in alphabetical and date order. The PC had been badly configured and it was almost impossible to locate files. He was very patient and eventually recovered all my thousands of files for which I am inordinately grateful. I would recommend him for his expertise, patience and understanding. Steve couldn't have been more helpful, a true professional. Helped look at the issues with my Surface and walked me through the process to appeal to have it repaired under an 'Out of warranty claim' with the supplier when he could have so easily have kept the business for himself. He even worked around my transport and childcare issues by dropping my laptop off at my house on his way home. An excellent experience, couldn't recommend more.

I contacted Steve when we had a problem with our Desktop not switching on. He was very understanding when he arrived and it appeared to be working! However when it was checked it over the fault re-appeared and a repair estimate was quickly provided. As the PC was quite old the news was as expected - although it could be repaired it may be more practical to replace it. Steve gave advice, sourced and supplied a new laptop, transferring all the data from the old PC. I would recommend him for repair service and advice.

Very happy indeed with regard to Steve and his standard of work. He responded to our 'distress' call rapidly, took my desktop pc to his workshop for repair and fixed my wife's laptop on the spot! He was punctual, friendly, informative and did a great job at very competitive rates. Would not hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use his services again should the need arise.

Like everybody else who has reviewed Steve, I had a great experience. I had a problem with a bug on a business network computer and my software management company wanted to charge huge amounts to wipe and reset the computer and gave me dire warnings about letting anybody else touch the machine. But I was in safe hands with Steve and for a very reasonable price he not only 'debugged' it but then set up my protection properly to prevent it happening again. This is the guy round here to sort your computer!
