Jordan is doing an NVQ in plumbing level 1 + 2 at Rodbaston College, during his course he will need to study both knowledge and practical and that’s where we come in.

Jordan will be with us 4 days a week and will be helping our engineers with their daily jobs and gradually will take on more responsibility. Jordan will get a hands on approach to what work he will be required to do once qualified.

We will be helping him build up his portfolio for his college work which will be assessed regularly by his tutor.

During Jordan’s first week he will be helping with 2 boiler installations and then he’s off to Worcester for a training day. Worcester bosch will be taking the engineers on a tour of the factory along with some training and activities during the day. Then we have our Staff Christmas Party on Friday night where Jordan will get to know all of the team.

We are very fortunate to be able to give Jordan this opportunity and we look forward to seeing him build up his knowledge and become a fully qualified heating engineer.
