Podge & Tin Eatery in Cannock are calling all locals to try their lovingly fried chips to celebrate the National Chip Week.

The chips at Podge and Tin Eatery are not of the cheap, frozen variety. Podge & Tin use only British potatoes which are brought fresh to their door before they are peeled and double fried the traditaional way, in beef dripping. Sunflower oil fried chips are also available if preferred. The double frying process ensures a piping hot, fluffy centred and crisp outside.

Customers can then choose their condiments to enhance the flavours still, whether enjoyed plain, salt and vinegar soaked or with peas or gravy, the choice is yours.

The quality Podge & Tin chips can be enjoyed in the eatery, or to take out, because sometimes there are no better chips than out of the paper!
