On Tuesday 28th September I welcomed teachers, parents and grandparents to give out prizes to youngsters who had produced artwork for the MP’s Help Zone. The winning artwork chosen by myself was created by Laura Weaver from Cardinal Griffin School in Hednesford. The piece is available to view in the window of the MP Help zone.
I would like to thank all the children and young people who submitted entries for the art competition. The standard of the artwork was truly fantastic; Cannock Chase has certainly got some Van Gogh’s of the future!
Particular congratulations must go to Laura however, whose piece stood head and shoulders above the rest. She has a big future as a local artist.
