The events team at this local venue want to make your occasion, whether it be a celebration, wedding or corporate event, as easy as possible for you. This is why they can provide venue decoration alongside room hire.
With every special event, it’s important it runs exactly as you wish, even including how the interior looks. There are three different sized rooms available and all can be completely transformed at Park Lane Suites; you don’t need to outsource services to another company as the events team at this local venue will do all the hard work for you.
In most venues, the usual types of decoration available are chair sashes, linen and a few centrepieces – but not at Park Lane Suites. If you have any special requests, a member of the team will come to your aid, for fish bowls through to chandeliers and sweet carts.
The on-site catering team will design a wedding menu or buffet tailored to you. Park Lane Suites are experienced in accommodating for particular themes and the food will be devised in a meeting with you to ensure dietary requirements are catered for. Buffet prices are from as little as £5 per head – great for training days and seminars, whilst their wedding menu costs from £25 per person.
For weddings, couples will meet with Vikki, the wedding planner, and Ellen, the catering manager, to plan how the day will run and answer any queries or requests.
