£12-15k Basic (£30-50k OTE)

As an Employer Recruitment Manager you will need to:

Work independently but also as part of a regional sales team in Greater Manchester Area
Account manage and gain new business from a range of employers in line with customer management procedure.
This will be done by building relationships with local employers, identifying and securing vacancies, apprenticeships and work placement opportunities.

Who we're looking for

The ideal Employer Recruitment Manager will have:

An ability to demonstrate success in building and maintaining effective business relationships, maximising business opportunities
Continued success in meeting and exceeding targets in a sales role
High levels of time management and planning ability
Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills
Good presentation skills
Highly developed customer service skills
Full driving licence or ability to travel throughout a large geographic area in Greater Manchester
