The Met, Bury are currently building on their success as a top folk venue by building a recording studio to become the leading centre in the North West for traditional music performance, participation, education and recording.
As such they are looking to raise a total of £10,000 during the Big Give week, starting today, which will be used to buy recording equipment to make the recording studio the best in the North West. This will encourage a number of artists to record with us and provide an excellent facility for the young people of Bury.
The Big Give is a national campaign that allows charities to raise money for projects. They will double any donation you make between today, Monday 6 December until Friday 10 December.
