The 10 Greater Manchester boroughs, including Bury, will hold their own award ceremonies to celebrate the hard work and achievements of those involved in sport.
Winners of the local awards will be invited to a sparkling presentation ceremony at the The Point at Emirates Old Trafford on Friday 8th November, where the overall winners will be announced.
Awards will be presented in the following categories:
Nominations for the awards must be submitted by Friday 2 August.
