Chocolate lovers can win a fantastic break to the beautiful city of Bruges as part of the 3rd Ramsbottom Chocolate Festival.

The prize, offered courtesy of local travel agent Travel Counsellors in conjunction with the Heritage Hotel Relais Chateaux in Bruges, is a two-night break for two in the Belgian city known worldwide for its chocolate shops and Chocolate Museum.

A new and unique ‘Chocolate Popping Bubble Wrap’ bar has been specially developed by the Chocolate Cafe in Ramsbottom for the event, and only 1,000 bars will be produced. In true Willy Wonka style, four of these special chocolate bars will contain a golden ticket.

Paul Morris, owner of the Chocolate Café, said: “We created the special 'Popping Bubble Wrap Chocolate' as the perfect bar for the festival's Willy Wonka inspired golden ticket competition. The milk chocolate bubble wrap comes alive on your tongue and guarantees a smile when it starts to pop in your mouth."

Gina Ball, chair of Ramsbottom Business Group said: “We are overwhelmed with the support we have received and the fantastic prizes that businesses have offered to support the event. Ramsbottom Chocolate Festival has grown beyond our expectations and the support from both businesses and visitors means this year’s festival promises to be the best yet.”
