Platinum Care is an award-winning domiciliary care agency based in Radcliffe, Bury. Due to recent expansion in the business and a huge demand for their services, Platinum Care are looking for full time and part time support workers to join their team.
Under the supervision of the agency manager, the successful applicant will assist in the safe and efficient delivery of personal, practical and social care to clients. It is imperative that the code of conduct for social care workers (as published by the General Social Care Council) is adhered to.
The most essential attributes of a successful candidate are a cheerful and outgoing personality, an interest in the care and welfare of others, an ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and consideration, keeping patient information confidential and being a team player.
An NVQ in Care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given. Above all, the successful candidate will maintain Platinum Care's high standards at all times.
