GEM Business Support Ltd are an outsourced PA and Business Support agency based in Bury. Alongside their admin support they run a very bespoke call-answering service, and are looking for someone to join the team to assist in the call-answering division.  The role would suit someone with great communication skills, who enjoys interacting with people.

The Role: Call-Answering Support

  • Answering incoming calls for a wide and varied business sector clientele
  • Taking and recording accurate information
  • Providing bespoke admin support to clients who use our call-answering
  • Diary management
  • CRM management

Additionally, you will be on hand to assist throughout the business with client admin tasks and supporting the GEM team.

The Hours: 8.00 a.m till 4.00 p.m, Monday to Friday.  

Flexibility is a necessity to cover the office hours which run until 6.00 p.m.   Shifts vary for cover at 9.00 – 5.00 p.m or 10.00 – 6.00 p.m 

You will need to be:

  • Flexible and good at working under your own initiative
  • Be a team player
  • Have great verbal communication skills
  • Enjoy speaking to people and problem solving on the go
  • Be great at multi-tasking
  • IT skills
  • Good English (GCSE)  

Holidays: 20 days per year plus statutory bank holidays
