Last week I posted about our resident car valeting and car wash member BIG BENZ.
Due to popular demand the business has grown from strength to strength which has resulted in a second venue being opened on Walshaw Road, Bury.
Last weekend to launch the second location, Ben himself decided to do a charity event and it was a great success.
The event allowed anyone to visit and get their car washed for a small donation to the two chosen charities, Bury Hospice and The British Heart Foundation, two charities that have touched many a local persons family and heart.
The final monies raised were £220 which is fantastic news as both charities now receive £110 each. Always a great boost in their own fundraising efforts.
A big well done to Ben and the team for taking the time and effort to raise funds for these two great charities and of course to all of those who supported the weekend and donated!
