It's inevitable in life that from time to time, things go wrong. This morning, exactly that happened and my computer decided that it wasn't a day to play ball.
I tried everything possible to get it working but not being technically minded I didn't really know what I was doing!
As this was internet related and we are in a business centre, I called the ops team to pick their brains.
Within a short time, one of the team came to my aid to look at the problem.
No sooner said than done and after a quick call to the centre's IT support department, the problem was diagnosed as a faulty Windows update - nothing to do with the connection here at all. A most efficient and helpful service.
It's the little things and the way that a situation is dealt with that makes all the difference.
