Residents who receive adult care services took the lead at the latest Service User Panel event at Bury Town Hall.
There were two interactive workshops throughout the day. The first was to relaunch the service user panel and give it a new name, and Adult Care Task Force was the clear favourite.
Members were also asked who they would like to see at the panel and what different service providers should come along and take part.
The second workshop asked panel members how they would like to be treated as customers and how this could be improved.
