A local trade that's happy with the smaller jobs - introducing Property Medics

It's often hard to find a trades-person that is willing to take on the smaller tasks in your home. For a number of reasons they really seem to be rather elusive.

The good news is however, that we know someone who's not adverse to doing those little jobs, in fact they pride themselves on doing them. They're happy regardless of the task, be it changing a light bulb, fixing a leak or even tidying your garden of rubble.

Their name is Property Medics and they're proud to have been recommended to thebestofbury.
Property Medics is, as the name would suggest, a local company that repair and make good all of those things that have gone wrong or broken in your home. They understand the importance of looking after people when the small things go wrong and love nothing more than being able to put them right!

They don't charge the earth and their prices reflect the job at task. They'll not charge you a day rate and spend just half a day at our property. I spoke to one of the team just last week who told me a lovely story of a lady who needed a curtain rail installing.

Upon quoting it was determined that Property Medics would require the purchase of wood to complete the job. Wood purchased, they fulfilled the installation after quoting £20. The lad who clearly misheard, sent in a payment of £75 for the work completed. Property Medics drew out cash and delivered the difference back to her soon after.
Now isn't that reassuring to hear?
Needless to say the lady was thrilled, if not a little surprised.

Property Medics cover a broad range of services from painting and decorating, general repairs, gardening and tidying.  They are as previously mentioned, competitively priced and will charge by the hour where possible for smaller jobs.
