It's often hard to find a trades-person that is willing to take on the smaller tasks in your home. For a number of reasons they really seem to be rather elusive.
The good news is however, that we know someone who's not adverse to doing those little jobs, in fact they pride themselves on doing them. They're happy regardless of the task, be it changing a light bulb, fixing a leak or even tidying your garden of rubble.

The lad who clearly misheard, sent in a payment of £75 for the work completed. Property Medics drew out cash and delivered the difference back to her soon after.
Now isn't that reassuring to hear?
Needless to say the lady was thrilled, if not a little surprised.
