Everything was as it should be and the staff are so helpful and friendly myself and the rest of the wedding party had a very good time due to the fact that could not be more helpful down to the maid service and most of all jay on front desk.

All good Except the lack of drawers & hanging space. OK for one night but not for 4 or 5 nights

This hotel is wonderful!! Amazing service - I told them I had insomnia and as stupid as it sounds I can’t sleep without a fan and within 5 mins they bought me 2 fans!! The rooms are amazing too, so clean. We booked a twin room and we have 2 double beds!! The lady checking us in too was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend

Great community atmosphere, felt like we were part of a community.
Starbucks coffee, friendly staff, community feel, impressive facilities, large spa style pool, fab beds, great room service.
No fried eggs for breakfast, scrambled eggs were awful, shower head leaked while trying to run a bath.

Stayed to attend s family wedding, my room was clean with plenty of towels and tea / coffee making facilities.
Breakfast was nice food was hot, good choice, The wedding was very well organised and lovely.The wedding breakfast was great as was the evening buffet.
Pool was also great.

Wedding trip
Location just off the motorway , very clean , breakfast good with good choice , was there for a wedding so didn't use any of the other facilities on offer but the pool area looked spacious and very clean

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room and bed were very comfortable and clean. Facilities at the hotel were great. All in all, good value for money and I would definitely stay there again if visiting Bury.

Joined many years ago on a yearly membership which was competitively priced, however they "refurbished" the gym and that involved splitting the weights area across 2 rooms which is counter productive as you could give up your bench wanting to use the Smith rack, but as it's in a different room you don't know if it's a available until it's too late. After covid the members changed, and I found the gym regularly in untidy ways with weights/mats left in the middle of the floor. Frequently found treadmills covered in sweat drops and not cleaned by previous user. And when it came to renewal the annual price I previously had was not honoured and jumped a massive £120. I left and signed up with Total Fitness. Cheaper and generally cleaner with better jacuzzi and pool facilities.

Lovely staff, comfy beds, and excellent towels! Nice big car park, and accessibility to pool, gym and cafes on site.
In-house app for ordering Room Service is finicky. Would much rather order with a "real person".
