Superb Very Clean, and very quiet didn't hear other guests when we were in our room. Not a massive choice of drinks in the bar not a gin or beer fan

Stayed for the first time in a few years and was amazed you had to pay £5/day for parking
Overall though the service was great and the hotel has a high standard of cleanliness

One bug bear is why is there no electrical sockets next to the bed ??

An excellent hotel close the the motorway but far enough away not to hear traffic noise. Clean throughout. Pleasant helpful staff. We only had breakfast but it was good and fair value so can’t comment on dinner or lunch.

Not really sure if we'd stay again. The rooms dont get cleaned enough for my liking. The bin was overflowing by the time we left. Refills of tea and coffee only happened once. (3 nights, although we managed) The sports bar is great if you want to be deafened but happy husband, happy wife. Food was nice, both breakfast and evening. Helpful and friendly staff

Overall a good stay, we would stay here again and recommend it to others. Food, both evening meal and breakfast were good, staff were very good, polite and helpful. Swimming pool was good, with excellent sauna and steam room. The club room was good, clean and tidy, well filled out. I found the bed uncomfortable . Many of the lockers in the gym changing room were broken. The bedroom was dark and not well lit. Decaf coffee in the restaurant was very poor, instant only available where as there are very good ground decaf coffees.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating..we had a few issues, firstly the elevator wasn't working and my disabled fiance struggled trying to find our room which we had to swap as it was too far from the service elevator. The service elevator was handy to use but the items were in the hallway. There were no sockets near the bed for a sleep apnea machine however the staff provided an exstention lead which helped massively! Other than the elevator being out of order and the service elevator access being extremely tight it was an ok stay...I do recommend anyone in a wheelchair ask ahead to see if the elevator is up and running.

Booked a small pod for a work meeting for 2 people, very organised, excellent I.T. facilities and very quiet. Staff lovely and would recommend. Would just have liked more drinks available and what is included and what isn't. There is a fridge with drinks in but wasn't shown so just a reminder to ask the staff or staff to fully show people around the business hub. Costa on site was great. Very clean and easy to travel to.

Me and my fiance stayed here and we really liked it for sure. We was looking for a place to stay near to the Arcade Club, and this was it. I do think the place is for those who drive though. but this is no issue for me. We came back around 11pm ish. The bar looks wonderful and cosy indeed. But we went straight to our rooms. I did wake up a few times due to noisy people next door. The breakfast was a great thing too, the staff was very helpful. Stay blessed and FREE.

Very basic, cheap hotel, lift doesn’t work, very hot in rooms, no AC, have to pay for one hour later check out. Parking and breakfast was good. Staff ok. You get what you pay for. Bed sheets had marks on them.

Quick basic overnight stay location, parking, breakfast, professional staff, bathroom. steep steps up, lift not working, no AC, windows hardly open, marks on sheets and carpets, doors slam shut so can hear everything outside and from next door, no sound proofing what so ever. check out is 11am?! and charge you £15 for one hour extra check out time.

Arrived late in the day having been severely disappointed with the original place I was meant to be staying for a spa experience. The staff couldn’t have done more to help me out, they were kind, polite and got myself and my friends checked into two, spacious and comfortable rooms next door to one another swiftly.
The decor is modern and rooms are very clean, food in the bar area was amazing and the facilities are great too.
Everything about our stay was fabulous but I’d have to say the staff are just so helpful I think they deserve a second mention! Thank you Village Bury, I’ll definitely be back.

Unfortunately my trip was a bit spoiled by the lift being out of order. I am disabled and had to use the tiny service lift which opened into laundry cupboards. I regularly git stuck trying to exit the lift and had to be assisted by other guests as they heard me call for help.

Been to the hotel this week as part of a 2 day course with work.

Staff went above and beyond, the presentation of the conference room - fresh water, notebooks, pens pastries, cookies, air con and a lovely touch of ice lollies in the heat wave.
Every member of staff was welcoming, friendly and so helpful. On the whole it was such a Lovely, fresh, and such clean place to be!

Really appreciate the fact we were able to access the gym and leisure facilities - 10/10 set up.

On the whole, 100% recommend for both business and leisure if people I know are in the area and need a place to stay, and hope it becomes a regular place for courses to be held moving forward!

Had to go to Manchester for childrens hospital so pick village hotel bury been to others in the area so we know what to expect. Booked for two days but extended to thee being honest they had a fault on the lift and it caused me a few problems due to the ability to walk far but they had contingency used the service lift the room was very warm and they had a fan which was ok. The staff are very welcoming and food is great too.
The pool is the best one so far the kids loved jumping from height into the pool. 12-18 inches above the pool but they thought is was super.

All in all great hotel lift fault beyond there control and my limited walking meant strain coming down stairs but not hotels fault. We will be back again
