My children enjoyed their stay however it was a noisy stay.
Good size hotel
There wasn't much choice for the cooked breakfast. There was also a very large traveller wedding happening, we were located at the front of the hotel, shouting and screaming was going on until 1am due to There being outdoor seating at the front of the hotel.

A good stay with the exception of a faulty showerhead. The hose wasn't connected properly/broken so water was squirting out all over the place.

Superb
Brilliant stay for me and my family, we loved the hotel, food, swimming and our room. Only thing we paid for a child’s breakfast but she only ate cereal. Wish I said at the time but didn’t realise how expensive a child’s breakfast was especially when only eating one box of cereal. Maybe a reduction of child’s breakfast in price.

Stay was fine, room for short trip was fine, used meeting rooms all fine
All ok, room was fine
No complimentary water in room, could not use kettle/tea no fridge, room radiator had a lot of dust/dirt and room window was showing mold. Shower room extractor fan did not work, when food ordered for room, the food tray does not get collected on time, seen food trays outside many rooms during my stay

No sweeteners in room Biscuits would have been a nice touch The room temperature was far too hot and stuffy and turning the thermostat to zero made no difference didn’t get a good nights sleep as too uncomfortable

everything never stayed here before but I was very impressed booked too stay next weekend. I went out for a meal but they stopped serving food I come back to hotel and had the best meal ever was so lovely was very full after it.
the water in the bathroom wasn’t that hot for a bath but that was it.

Nothing that I could fault, Brilliant hotel,so close to all amenities,visited the Chinese buffet in Bury, fantastic food and a great location,only £5 in a taxi, then at least I could have a drink.

Although the Motivation suit is in desperate need of decoration, Alison and Claire were brilliant today. Nothing was too much trouble for them and Alison looked after us most of the day and she was brilliant. Thank you so much ladies.

facilities for residents - children weren’t allowed in pool before 9am and after 6pm so staying only one night meant my son didn’t get much pool time before we had to check out. would have been helpful if residents of hotel (no matter of age) could be allowed to use the pool along with their parents during the centres opening hours.

Clean big rooms . Good food and facilities
Getting served at the bar took a long time ( approx 10 minutes ), due to lots of people due to a football match on big screen. Need more staff during peak periods. One of my colleagues did not get his Dinner until it was raised .
