Stayed for work. All facilities were good and clean. The standouts about the hotel was definitely the service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Claire especially! Makes you feel very welcomed and like it’s a home from home! Ps, note for Claire… It’s a boy! 😃

I recently had an issue with something at the gym which was dealt by the club manager James Clayton. I don't often write reviews but the service I received was excellent. Great communication throughout and a swift resolution.

Rooms are OK, but need an update
Like adding USB charger ports, I can't believe they dont have any in the rooms, and even a mini fridge would be good.
And some paint wouldn't go a miss they are looking a bit tatty, gym is half decent for a hotel gym, however it lacks equipment and half the time your waiting for equipment to go on.

Attended a hen night on a party night. pretty basic ... dj n meal was OK but the stinger was the cost of drinks! very very over priced and lots of guests commented on this, lots left early. Nice venue but not good access as lots of steps.. there is a lift we found on exit but old n still a walk to the entrance.

Far too many virtual classes, i woukd like more of a choice of face to face classes that neets my oersonal fitness level nit everyone is suited to the gym. Classes stopped without any communication even though they are popular. Cinsidering cancelling membership when looking at cost and classes at the local Sports Village

First time visiting and had a couple of issues that needed resolving, Caitlin was very friendly, professional and helpful. She sorted everything out very quickly which was much appreciated. Great staff and facilities, what more could you want. Will definitely be back!

Visited for work meetings and we were looked after by Claire- excellent service very attentive and the meeting rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable with lots of refreshments on hand. Ideal location and easy to find. Will definitely book again.

Came here as visited family nearby, absolutely made up with picking this venue. Spotless rooms, great food, easy to find and well managed! And a lady called Joanne platt went above and beyond to help with everything we needed as we aren’t from the area and needed a bit of extra support. Would recommend to all!

I did an aqua class recently and was the first time I have done one and the instructor Caitlin made it fun and friendly and I can't wait to go again.

Was my first time using this gym I was a little uncertain but staff member Caitlin was super helpful. She showed my the scales, talked me through the classes on offer and got me booked in for a fitness consultation

Stayed here with my boyfriend to see a concert as other hotels were full but even though this was further away it was a pleasant find and easy to get to. Big car park, clean & comfy rooms, amazing pool and gym facilities, Starbucks’s and really friendly staff. A few issues on check in however but Padmay on reception was very lovely and went above and beyond, phoning hotel beds for us and resolved the issue quickly so we could get to City Centre on time!

Maxine was an absolute Gem. She was very warm and welcoming from arrival to departure. We stayed the night for my 30th and she gave us vouchers for a drink on her. Very very very happy with the service. Maxine you are a credit to the team. Thank you :)
