Attended a function to discover there was a free bar, so visited reception to see if any rooms were available at a reasonable rate. Tracie sorted us out and couldn't do enough for us, the night staff were equally helpful in assisting us find our room in a state of merriness early the following morning.

Paid for a room so we could get changed & store our things whilst setting up the venue for my nieces 18th birthday party.
The staff behind the bar & the gentleman providing security were very friendly & professional. No complaints from us what so ever.
The room was a perfect size for the party but unfortunately the lift was broken & this made it difficult for the elderly folks at the party to climb the stairs for the bathroom amenities.
Also, checking in was a self checkin on an iPad which is difficult for the elderly.
I was extremely happy with the Starbucks located at the entrance but very disappointed with having to haul heavy music equipment for the DJ up & down stairs!
The room was a little on the small side but all in all it was a great experience
